- Facilitate goal-setting sessions and develop implementation plans.

- Support meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow-up.
- Review and refine policies, bylaws, and compliance processes.
- Strengthen communication and collaboration between board and staff.
Operations and Membership
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and member experience.
- Assist with project execution, committee management, or event planning.
- Provide continuity or fill temporary gaps in administrative workload.
